Special Camp Needs: Individuals don’t need wrestling shoes, but must have work-out shorts, t-shirt and socks!
Is your son or daughter interested in learning how to wrestle while having a great time? Join MPCS Coach Merry and MPCS Wrestling Team Members. This class will foster the same philosophy of the Mount Pisgah wrestling program while creating a fun environment for little ones to learn the sport of wrestling and get some great exercise! Both boys and girls are welcome.

Within a positive, engaging environment, we will offer a fun yet challenging opportunity for players to improve their game, whether they are just starting out or have previous experience. This camp will provide multiple repetitions as well as individual instruction so that campers see an outstanding growth in their skill level after their week of fun.
Instruction in all skills of the game including: Serving, Serve Receiving, Blocking, Spiking, Setting, Individual and Team Defense and Team Offense
Volleyball Camp: July 22- 25.

Work with Mount Pisgah’s Director of Sports Performance and take your game to the next level. Coach Hendricks has over 15 years of experience training athletes to improve their sports performance. He has a Masters in Strength and Conditioning and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has trained athletes on every level including the NFL and MLB. Improvements in Speed & Agility Training program will include: Running Mechanics, Acceleration, Increased Agility, Lateral Quickness, Vertical, Speed Endurance, Muscular Endurance and Absolute Power (Strength).
The MPCS girls basketball camp will focus on individual skill development, the importance of fundamentals and the development of a healthy team attitude. The campers will get a chance to take part in a variety of competitions and fundamental drill work.The campers will be able to form proper habits at an early age, as the activities will emphasize basketball fundamentals. Daily activities will include: Skills and drills taught with simplicity and clarity, High repetition of basic fundamentals; shooting, passing and dribbling,
as well as 3 on 3, 4 on 4 and 5 on 5 games will be played. “Camper of the Day” will be awarded daily to the camper who stands out with her hustle and effort, teamwork, willingness to learn, attention during teaching and positive attitude!
Girls Basketball Camp: June 24- 27.

Special Camp Notes: Bring water bottle. Snacks will be provided each day. Tennis shoes or cheer shoes are needed.
Come spend a week with Varsity Cheerleaders learning cheers, dances, and even stunting! Those that participate in camp will be eligible to perform at the primary night game in the fall. Each cheerleader will go home with a camp shirt, pom-poms, and bow from the week as well as any crafts done during the week.

Camp Summary: Come learn to twirl baton or review your twirl skills with Ms. Mandie and our Mount Pisgah Middle School Team. Students will learn and review basic twirl, dance and marching skills while having fun and making new friends!
